Hydrotreating

Hydrotreating – Naptha, Diesel, Gaoline, VGO, Lube Oil Hydrotreating Catalyst

Hydrotreating, also know as hydrodesulfurization, which was used to describe processes to remove the sulfur compounds from crude oil fractions by reaction with hydrogen. The hydrotreating processes also be evolved to include nitrogen and oxygen removal, together with the hydrogenation of aromatics and olefifins, this group of processes became known as hydrotreating. Hydrotreatment simply results in the conversion of organic sulfur, nitrogen, and oxygen compounds to hydrocarbons and hydrogen sulfifide, ammonia, or water, respectively. At the same time olefifins and aromatics may be converted to saturated hydrocarbons without any cracking of the hydrocarbons. These catalysts normally take alumina as carrier with metal oxide impregnated, like NiMo, CoMo, NiCoMo, NiWo etc. All these catalyst for hydrotreating process also called hydrotreating catalyst or hydrodeuslfurization catalyst.

Chempack offers a serial of the hydrotreating catalyst for Naptha, FCC Gasoline Post-treatment, Diesel, VGO, Lube Oil, Resid Hydrotreating of refineries with optimized processing, the catalyst has high performance but low energy consumption. All these products are commerical used for local market of China to meet high emission standard like Euro V.
