HyKat ST205 low temperature shift catalysts is using copper and zinc on alumina, that combine high activity and poisons resistance with excellent selectivity to give low methanol by-product formation.

HyKat ST205 is designed for low temperature CO shift reactor used in ammonia and hydrogen plants for the conversion of carbon monoxide via the water-gas shift reaction.

  • Form: Tablet: 5×4.5-5.5mm
  • Sock-loading Density: 1250-1350 kg/m3 depending on loading technique
  • Crush Strength: 18 kg
  • Operation Temperature: Process dependent between 180 and 260 °C
  • Packaging: 250 kg in 200 liter metal drums
