O2, CO, H2 Removal Process

Nitrogen usually contains trace amounts of oxygen that need removal in order to avoid serious problems to the process stream. These oxygen traces can form into the water when combined with the hydrogen added to the stream, which can cause damage and corrosion to the equipment.

Oxygen removal catalysts from Chempack are made from a combination of Nickel or Palladium combined with aluminum oxide (Al2O3) for maximized adsorption. They also work well at high temperatures, reaching up to 500 degrees. We also have catalysts that remove traces of other unwanted elements from the gas.
